Lessons are paid for in advance in packages of 10, with a frequency of either once or twice per week (as agreed). Payment must be made before the first lesson, based on the issued invoice. If you purchase a package with a frequency of, for example, twice a week, you will need to complete the lessons at that same frequency.
If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, please inform the lecturer at least 24 hours before the agreed time. You can replace canceled lessons by either:
a) Rescheduling (subject to availability, typically within the same week); or
b) Completing an e-lesson (individual work/mentoring), which you will do independently, followed by feedback from the instructor. This will count as a completed lesson. In the case of illness or planned vacation, lessons may be paused by mutual agreement.
If a lesson is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, 100% of the lesson fee will be charged with no option for a replacement.
Please notify the lecturer of any absences either by email or via WhatsApp.
Students agree to use their purchased lesson package within 3 months; otherwise, the lessons will expire without any refund or replacement.
